I am considering purchasing a website that produces a more-or-less automated stream of income.

For each of the roughly dozen websites I am considering, I require assistance in:
(1) estimating number of hours that would be required each month for maintaining the website and maintaining the level of income it produces
(2) analyzing the risk of losing monthly income, hits, conversion rate, etc.

I am looking for someone with experience managing income-producing websites.
