I need a membership site- program/software created to automate lead management. It needs to integrate/link into my website. Owner wants the system to be as automated as possible. The owner wants the ability to monitor the system not "run" the system. This is the basic process:

Customer comes to our website to purchase our service. After purchase, the customer needs to upload a video. The system needs to notify admin and employees that a customer video has been uploaded. Customers contact information needs to remain anonymous to employee. Our employee analyzes the Video and the service the customer is paying for is a written commentary by the employee. Once the employee completes the written commentary, the written commentary needs to be emailed back to customer (anonymously). The system needs to notify all parties that the service has been completed.

Basically, we do not want the customer and employee to have the ability to share contact info. It woud be easy for them to "squeeze" out the owner. Once the commentary is complete there will not be a need to store any of the video files. We would like to store/ archive commentary. Would also like a membership/community aspect to the system at some later date. If you know of a system/program that can already do all of this, than you will be compensated for help with setting up the system.

In another form:

Lead comes in by customer
Email notification goes to admin & Employee
Employee is assigned the lead
Employee performs the service
Customer/Admin is notified when the service is completed.
