I need an interactive website, which will allow users to register an account. Once logged in the User should be able to post 'bets' (i.e. fill out a short form) and this bet will be 'broadcasted' to all users of the website that are subscribed to this particular User. User must be able to manage such subscriptions. All users will be ranked on 'accuracy' of their bets.

Third party data will be used in addition with User input to generate a bet. The website has to be secure since 'paid subscriptions' will be necessary at some point. Also an algorithmic check will be required to ensure that users do not plagiarize bets.
