I need a full joomla web site with genuine graphic design and able to start e-commerce. It must include some templates to change every month and secure tools for payment, registrations and all related to e-commerce.

The website graphics must not be related to any specific product but e-commerce in general (some ideas: pictures with $ symbol, or gold). The website must include all the components, plugins, etc to work efficiently.
