We need a win32 build for FFMPEG(http://www.ffmpeg.org/download.html) (if possible static) from source code with all the complete features, all video and audio codecs, formats and filters, including the non-free ones, and support for Imlib2, lame mp3, with FFPlay and Vhooks. Please provide a list of the codecs you will include inside the FFMpeg build.
