Part I: Commissions Tracking in Joomla: Part I

1. Add a section to Joomla which helps us track Live Basic Commissions called: LBW Commission Tracking This section of Joomla has the following capabilities: Pull up a spreadsheet (similar to the event list or the annual fee tracking) with the following info:
a. Workshop Date(s)
b. Workshop Category (Basic, SC, etc)
(Ability to sort or filter by Category and instructor )
c. Workshop Location
d. Workshop Instructor
2. Similar to the event list, we can click on the workshop date and pull up the following commission info about the workshop:
a. Assistant(s)
b. Total # Students
c. Workshop Fee
d. Discounts
e. Commission % – Default to 10%
f. Total $$ Due
g. Due Date > Calculation from Last Date of Workshop + 1 Month
h. Date Class Roster Rec’vd
i. Date Commission Rec’vd
j. Suspension Notice(y/n) default to n
k. Removal of Certification Notice (y/n) – default to n
l. In Addition, the Workshop dates, Category, Location, Instructor will be visible, but admin can not modify them from here- need to go to the event list to modify as we currently do
m. Items a-k can modified by admin user.

Once we complete Part I, then Part II will involve having the instructors enter in their workshop info.
