Brief Summary:
I need a program or script created that will spoof the number of leechers and seeders for a torrent. Some of the requirements are
-Must announce through sock4/socks5 proxy
-Delay set for announcing of seeds/leechers for new torrents
-Uses public trackers
-Allows session saving
optional:additional thread enabling/disabling
